affordable price, malinis na room, kumpleto gamit sa kusina..we really enjoyed our 2 days of staying there & hope makabalik ulit kami at matapat incase magbigay sila ng promo😁 add na din po sana sa email na required ang nakasuot ng swim suit pag nasa pool.. para di na po bibili sa shop ng KULTURA..ang pricey po kasi sa knila..heheh..kaya lumabas pa yung mag-ama ko to buy rash guard😊..naghanap pa po sila ng palengke🤣 5stars!🥰

Malaki yung unit and malinis, yun yung pinaka importante. May free water and maraming cooking utensils sa loob. Smooth naman yung check-in, madali kausap yung taga assist and pati yung sa chat, okay din. 👏👌

Clean unit and complete cookware and utensils. Very relaxing yung stay namin ang we enjoyed almost everything. The place is quiet and friendly ng mga staff din. Very smooth transaction from reservation up to the time of arrival hanggang mag check out. Internet lang di namin nagamit, maybe used up na yung data ng mga naunang nag check in kasi as per the care taker di pa expired yung load. Suggestion lang din cgro, I hope magkaroon lang cgro ng extra basahan and mop sa unit that is very useful esp.pag galing sa labas from swimming. But overall we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back! 😊

Smooth transaction, clean unit and everything you basically need is provided. It's good that the unit where we stayed is on the upper ground only so we don't always need to use the elevator. I just hope that the TV is smart tv so we can watch netflix or youtube at night. 😁 But for the affordable price, this is really worth your money. Ate Joanne is also very helpful and friendly. Nicole is also very accommodating. The place is clean and neat. It can actually cater upto 9 person given the size and number of beds available. The unit itself is not IG-ble if you are looking for a stylish place. It’s a one bedroom apartment where the whole sala and dining area is converted into a sleeping area. The dining is in the same room as the 3 beds. However, it has all the basics.

We’ve been renting unit here in Pico De Loro for so many times and I can say that this is my # 1 by far. Host is very responsive, comfortable sleeping beds, smart tv, complete kitchen sets, utensils and working WIFI with decent signal. As we all love this place our group decides to stay 1 more day.

VIA COMMUTE FROM MANILA:
1. Go to Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX)
2. Get a ticket bound to Nasugbu via Kaybiang Tunnel (St. Gabriel Bus). This bus directly passes by Pico de Loro.
3. Once at the main gate of Pico de Loro, book a shuttle from the gate to the inside of the resort. It’s Php 300 per way regardless of how many pax.

VIA COMMUTE TO MANILA:
1. Book a shuttle at the Country Club receptionist to go to the main gate. It’s still Php 300 per way.
2. You may wait a bus that passes by Pico de loro from Nasugbu to PITX. St. Gabriel bus passes by hourly

Can we grill?

You could bring your electric griller and grill to the balcony. We also rent for P400. Grillers with charcoal are not allowed in Pico.

- From Myna, the unit is around 5mins to the beach and 5mins walk to the country club but you could also ride the free shuttle services around the unit.

- From Jacana, the unit is around 8 mins to the beach and 1 min walk to the country club but you could also ride the free shuttle services around the unit.

- From Carola, the unit is around 8 mins to the beach and 1 min walk to the country club but you could also ride the free shuttle services around the unit.

Our condo units are fully furnished. Guests can bring and cook food inside the unit. No corkage. Unit is equipped:

Entrance fees include the usage of Pico Beach, country club pools, shower rooms, locker rooms, gym, and shuttle services around the vicinity. It is a one-time payment only, good for your whole stay.

Are Pets Allowed?

Only one pet is allowed in the unit. P500 will be charged for pets.We can allow pets in the unit but please don’t let them stay on the sofa and bed. They are allowed around the lagoon area. However, pets are not allowed in the beach and country club area.

Not all units allow pets. Please advise us asap if you’ll bring a pet.
