VIA COMMUTE FROM MANILA:
1. Go to Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX)
2. Get a ticket bound to Nasugbu via Kaybiang Tunnel (St. Gabriel Bus). This bus directly passes by Pico de Loro.
3. Once at the main gate of Pico de Loro, book a shuttle from the gate to the inside of the resort. It’s Php 300 per way regardless of how many pax.

VIA COMMUTE TO MANILA:
1. Book a shuttle at the Country Club receptionist to go to the main gate. It’s still Php 300 per way.
2. You may wait a bus that passes by Pico de loro from Nasugbu to PITX. St. Gabriel bus passes by hourly

Can we grill?

You could bring your electric griller and grill to the balcony. We also rent for P400. Grillers with charcoal are not allowed in Pico.

How far is the beach from the unit?

- From Myna, the unit is around 5mins to the beach and 5mins walk to the country club but you could also ride the free shuttle services around the unit.

- From Jacana, the unit is around 8 mins to the beach and 1 min walk to the country club but you could also ride the free shuttle services around the unit.

- From Carola, the unit is around 8 mins to the beach and 1 min walk to the country club but you could also ride the free shuttle services around the unit.

- From Miranda, the unit is around 5mins to the beach and 5mins walk to the country club but you could also ride the free shuttle services around the unit.

Inclusions of unit and entrance fees

Our condo units are fully furnished. Guests can bring and cook food inside the unit. No corkage. Unit is equipped:

- Water dispenser with complimentary 5 gallons of water (refill is P50)
- Rice cooker
-refrigerator
-microwave-oven toaster
- air cons

Please bring towels and toiletries and extra blankets.

Entrance fees include the usage of Pico Beach, country club pools, shower rooms, locker rooms, gym, and shuttle services around the vicinity. It is a one-time payment only, good for your whole stay.

Are Pets Allowed?

Only one pet is allowed in the unit. P500 will be charged for pets.We can allow pets in the unit but please don’t let them stay on the sofa and bed. They are allowed around the lagoon area. However, pets are not allowed in the beach and country club area.

Not all units allow pets. Please advise us asap if you’ll bring a pet.
